They are our go to for new tires and for service on any of our cars that are out of warranty. They just installed 4 Michelin Defender tires on my car and it rides like a dream. Mike, the owner, talked to me about the tires, warranty, rebates and the road hazard warranty that I purchased. I like that there is a family owned business that has been around for years that I can trust my vehicles to.

+ -1 moreStart to finish,it cannot be any easier for me.I'm fortunate to live locally and have been brought up /am comfortable with having a "neighborhood mechanic"....someone you trust and can be relied on for good service.This garage fits the bill.I have left my vehicle---the gentleman (Mike) has listened to and addressed my concerns over my current vehicle.....and has contacted me as soon as service is complete.Pricing seems so much more acceptable than my prior providers----and I cannot explain:there's just a gut level of trust that these guys know their business and don't need to prove it.I appreciate this!!!
Description of Work: Oil change,tire rotation,wiper blade changes and general inspection on my vehicle.This was not my 1st visit---but I started with them after my previous mechanic didn't have hours conducive for me to get there after I got a new job.I am so happy to have found this place!!!

+ -1 moreWe have a 2002 Explorer with 130,000 miles on it. We replaced the fuel pump about a year ago. The fuel pump went bad again and it was just barely beyond the warranty. They worked with us on the cost of getting this fixed and gave us a break on the part. Most shops would have told me I'm out of luck and charged me full price. We've been taking our cars here for years and I appreciate them working with us to get my son's car up and running at a minimal cost. They repaired the car same day and were professional as always!

+ -1 moreThe truck is now repaired and leak free. Thanks to Ford. I would not let Leone Tire in Holiday replace a valve stem from this day forward.Don't trust them to keep you informed. They let others work on your vehicle without your consent or knowledge.
Description of Work: I took my 2006 F-150 in to the Holiday, Fl. location to have the transmission repaired. I was told that it needed to be replaced. The cost of a new transmission was $3355.00. This included a 3 year unlimited warranty, backed by Ford. The repair was completed in 2 days. When I took the truck home, the transmission started to leak. I returned to Leone Tire and was told that the o ring on the filler tube was bad. They replaced the part and off I went. The next day, the transmission was leaking again. This time the said that the gasket on the transmission pan was leaking. They fixed that. The next day, it was leaking again. This time, they told me they were going to put another transmission in. The truck was returned to them on July 20th. Tony, the service manager, was informed that the work had to completed by the next day. He said that would be no problem and promised that it would. At 3:00 PM, I called to see what was going on. Tony informed me that they took the truck to Ford to have it repaired. This was done without my knowledge or consent. Tony told me he would call me by the end of the day to let me know when I could pick up the truck. He didn't do it. The following day, at 10:30 AM, I called him. He informed me that the truck was still at Ford. He said he would check on it and call me back in 5 minutes. He never did. I went there at 11:45 AM. The truck was still at Ford. Ford determined that the transmission pan cover was warped and replaced it. Tony never called me to inform me of any of this.
