We hired them for about 6 months and they promised our grass was going to grow green again. We followed all of therir advices and pay them. The treatment didn t work. The grass is brown and we are going to have to re sod the grass. They didn t take responsibility. They will not give us a refund or re sod our grass

WARNING!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! After eight months of doing the lawn chemical services, one third of my lawn is dead, the weeds are growing and they have become non responsive and lie. They told me I was running my sprinklers every day when in fact I was running them twice a week. Never, I’m the 11 times they serviced the lawn did they inform me of any problems. Not a trustworthy company. Don’t waste your money. I will have to initiate legal action to recover my losses.

It did not go well.
They came out and indicated that new sod should not be treated for 6 - 8 weeks after installation.
They sprayed the rest of the lawn and resolved the chinch bugs, but the new sod had sod webworms and by the end of the first month, the new sod was pretty much dead and there was also a lot of damage to the rest of the lawn.
I hired a different company who told me that new sod should be treated immediately to prevent this kind of problem.
Due to this and the other problems I had with their Pest Bear co-company, I discontinued service.
I cannot trust these people to know what they are doing.
