Hurst Hardwoods

Hardwood flooring was to be delivered within two weeks. I realized there was a error on the delivery address and Lee, the Manager, corrected the error and assure me it would arrive on time. Lee returned my calls in a timely manner, he was polite and courteous, as well as all the staff at Hurst. The floors are installed and are beautiful!

Matt our salesman, was great in helping us determine the right flooring for us. The installers were true craftsmen. They did an excellent job on the installation. We would definitely recommend having your floors done by Hurst.

The tile was removed on Monday by one of their contractors. Wednesday they did some more prep work and removed majority of the carpet (except 2 bedrooms we were sleeping in). Thursday and Friday the remaining carpet was removed and all of the wood installation was completed. We installed wood in about 2400 sq ft. of our house. We were very pleased with the installation job, and all of the employees were very nice and a pleasure to work with. They were very professional, and I would definitely recommend them and use them again myself. Also their prices are very competitive and fair.

Floors are great.  However once credit card was billed, impossible to get any response from salesmen or company with respect to minor problem discovered.  Left numerous messages (voice and e-mail) with requests for assistance to no avail.  Builder who had relationship with Hurst also tried to resolve issue on our behalf and was also ignored.
