Hurst Hardwoods

Hardwood flooring was to be delivered within two weeks. I realized there was a error on the delivery address and Lee, the Manager, corrected the error and assure me it would arrive on time. Lee returned my calls in a timely manner, he was polite and courteous, as well as all the staff at Hurst. The floors are installed and are beautiful!

Matt our salesman, was great in helping us determine the right flooring for us. The installers were true craftsmen. They did an excellent job on the installation. We would definitely recommend having your floors done by Hurst.

The tile was removed on Monday by one of their contractors. Wednesday they did some more prep work and removed majority of the carpet (except 2 bedrooms we were sleeping in). Thursday and Friday the remaining carpet was removed and all of the wood installation was completed. We installed wood in about 2400 sq ft. of our house. We were very pleased with the installation job, and all of the employees were very nice and a pleasure to work with. They were very professional, and I would definitely recommend them and use them again myself. Also their prices are very competitive and fair.

Floors are great.  However once credit card was billed, impossible to get any response from salesmen or company with respect to minor problem discovered.  Left numerous messages (voice and e-mail) with requests for assistance to no avail.  Builder who had relationship with Hurst also tried to resolve issue on our behalf and was also ignored.

I would highly recommend this company. They beat everybody else's price, the quality was good and they were just good all around.

We had originally picked out a floor from another vendor, but discovered that they were going to sell us an old discontinued product that had a known squeaking issue. So we contacted Hurst Hardwoodsand hellip; they were knowledgeable about the defect and stocked the new flooring that replaced the old one. They also had the BEST PRICE. Dan, their sales representative, was great to work withand hellip; and we were very impressed by his willingness and ability to handle our FOLLOW-UP questions and issues after the sale. This is a wonderful vendor, and I highly recommend them!

David and Lee were so helpful and easy to work with. I am very particular and retuurned 3.5 out of 9 boxes that I thought had some sort of damage to the wood. They were so accomodating and gave me NO problems. They took care of everything in a timely manner. Now, I will recommend them to all my family and friends and use them for the rest of my home, all 5000 sq ft. I would use them again and again with no reservation!!! Thank you Husrt Hardwoods!

We spent about $2500 on the flooring. We bought the flooring from them, but had another person install it. They were very professional and offered a selection of flooring. Their prices were competitive and also gave us a lot of information because we bought some flooring which was not quite perfect. They call it seconds, but were not seconds and they told us what to look for.

I was looking for really good flooring from my home and selected one I liked from a big chain store. I then looked online and found that they had the same product for a much lower price. They happened to be very near me, and I went there and picked it up. They were very good and very accommodating. They offered a five year warranty, and I just couldn’t be happier with them. They do sell ‘seconds’ but there were no scratches or anything on the flooring that I purchased. I saved a lot of money and would certainly use them again.

We ordered our flooring and they were just really accommodating. They are in Port Richey and we are in South Saint Petersburg, and we drove the hour and a half to go pick it up. They didn’t have some of the thresholds available at the time. So they shipped them straight to us so we wouldn’t have to make another drive up there. They worked with us on the price. They were a really good company and I have referred other people to them. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future.

My experience with them was very good. They were able to get what we needed in a timely and efficient manner and the price was very good. I would recommend them and use them again.

Two brothers (Mr. Hurst's sons) came to repair the floor. They came the same day I called. They were very polite, and very knowledgeable and professional. They did a great job on the floor. I would not be able to tell where the work was done if the wood was not new. It will change color as it ages and I will not be able to tell. They left the floor spotless.
