I FEEL I WAS MORE THAN PATIENT AND COURTEOUS WITH HIM AND NO LONGER BELIEVE HE HAD ANY INTENTION OR ABILITY TO COMPLETE THE JOB AS CONTRACTED.
Description of Work: I CONTRACTED WITH HIM TO DO AN ENTERTAINMENT CENTER IN A CLOSET AREA IN OUR MASTER BEDROOM. HE SAID IT WOULD BE COMPLETED IN TWO AND A HALF WEEKS. I CALLED HIM SEVERAL TIMES TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON AS I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM. HE HAD MANY ANSWERS AS TO WHY HE WASN'T WORKING ON MY PROJECT YET INCLUDING LABOR PROBLEMS. MY HUSBAND CALLED HIM AND THREATENED TO CALL AN ATTORNEY AND 8 ON YOUR SIDE IF HE DIDN'T COME OUT AND DO THE WORK. HE WOULD ALWAYS GIVE ME AN APPROXIMATE TIME WHEN HE WOULD BE DONE, THAN I WOULDN'T HEAR FROM HIM. I SHOWED HIM SOME INCORRECT MEASUREMENTS WHEN HE FINALLY SHOWED UP. HE CAME OUT WITH ANOTHER HELPER AND THEY MADE A MESS IN MY BEDROOM AND IN OTHER PARTS OF THE HOUSE. I BELIEVE HE HAD NO INTENTION OR ABILITY TO COMPLETE THE JOB. I WROTE A CERTIFIED LETTER DEMANDING A REFUND AND HAVEN'T RECEIVED A RESPONSE.
