Went great. They are very professional and helpful.

I stopped in to look at grills. I was in the store less than a minute when the sales person greeted me. I told him I was looking for a grill but not sure what to get. He took the time to show me several grills they had on display. I asked several questions like how big of a grill should I get. He came back with other questions for me to find out what my needs were. When looking at the grills we looked at several. He explained to me all the features of each grill. He took apart the displays so I could get a better sense of what was in the grill and I formulated the idea of what I needed and wanted. Excellent customer service. The grill I selected was not in stock in the store but he told me it would be about a week. In a couple days he called to let me know the grill was ready. He also told me that they could deliver it to my house for a small fee but I told him I would be there to pick it up. When I arrived to pick up the grill a different salesperson greeted me as the sales person I had was off. He brought out the grill and inspected it with me to be sure everything was OK. Then helped me load it into the van.
The customer service was excellent and made for a great experience.

Went well. No complaints. I would use this company again.

I just had to come here and write a review after the excellent service I received from Grate Grills and More. We bought our grill from this company over 4 years ago so when it stopped working I called to see if someone could come out and fix the grill. I knew from the website that the service charge was 75 dollars including travel and I expected to have to pay that. Was I surprised! I told them what had happened (with the limited understanding I have of grills) and he said it was a regulator issue. I put my husband on the phone and he walked outside, turned the grille on...disconnected the gas line and then turned it off and it was working again!!! Just like that. We'd been without our grill for a month and it was that simple. They could have easily come out and charged us but they didn't I am so impressed!
Now to celebrate, we're having steaks on the grille tonight.

We went to Grates, Grills and More to purchase a gas BBQ. We saw a model we liked, went home and researched it for quality and also price. We saw that the internet could offer lower prices but the shipping brought it up to the store price, which we deemd as fair. We went back, purchased it and are enjoying our BBQ experience

I called them to ask for service on four natural gas grills at a condo in Madeira Beach. The company is in Oldsmar, and they advertise they service all of Pinellas County. While I am clearly not the most distant point in Pinellas County, I was too far for them. They did not want to come out; it was obvious. $75/hour for travel time (both ways), and they wanted to know what parts I needed before they came out. (If I knew that, perhaps I wouldn't need a repair service.) The man on the phone indicated that he thought I should be able to repair the grills myself, and that they would order parts for me (as long as I could tell him what parts I need). If making your customers feel inferior (and obviously not worth your time) is good business, then I guess they are good businesspeople. My experience was a complete bust. Perhaps I was lucky; at least I did not spend any money.

Once a week or so, I take my pool water in to have the guys check it out. I trust them to give a quick and accurate readout. I buy all my chemicals there and the price is right. I also fill my propane for a fair price. They are pool experts and my crystal clear water is all due to them.
