We had a large number of issues with our pool and equipment to start. G2C was able to clear up the problems and advised us on a replacement filter. He fixed the equipment and my wife and I will continue to use their service. I would recommend them for any pool or spa issues.

This guy NEVER shows up. Pool turns green. Hires guys who don't know anything about pools. Never brushed when they did show up. Kept sending bills, inspite of my texting pictures of the green pool. REPEATEDLY Mine was a brand new pool. Stay away from this guy. Literally and figuratively.

"This review lacks some important facts this customer fell behind 4 months G2C continued to service her pool. This customer had ducks as pets. Her pool was beyond normal cleaning but we kept servicing it, at the rate we agreed upon. We told her several times to check the service card we left for her each week we serviced the pool, she didn't. We wish this customer good luck in the future."

Nice guy but never able to keep pool clean of debris Didn't change my filter for 2 months until I pointed it out to him. Last visit he had run out of salt and was suppose to inspect my salt cell, said he would be right back. Never bothered coming back. Very disappointing experience.

"Nice person knows nothing about salt pools. The debris in his spa was an accumulation between services from his pool cleaner due to the return from the filter dumping into the spa.He kept a used filter in his garage which was never brought to our attention and the garage was never open and he was rarely home."

I hired him in December so our pool would be ready when my grandkids came for Christmas. (we had recently purchased the home) The first 2 visits the pool looked great but then he started spending less and less time on the pool and his visits were not even 30 minutes. When he would leave I would go out and look at the pool and it wouldn't even be skimmed, still had stuff floating on top. Filters were not rinsed or cleaned properly. I told him his services were no longer needed. I would not recommend G2C to anyone. He was cheaper than most but that goes to show you, you get what you pay for.

"Nice people never owned a pool. Lived on a lake. Pool surface was in poor condition. Serviced the pool every week had it in great shape. However this is a pool business spending an hour on a pool that does not need it is not time efficient, couldn't get them to understand"

This is a great pool maintenence company. The person who services my pool, Guy, is really nice, professional, knowledgeable straightforward, punctual, and does excellent work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a clean, maintained pool at an affordable price!

I specifically asked Guy if he was reliable. He said yes. He sent a tech name Steve to clean the pool. Yes my pool was green because my other pool person abandoned the pool. Steve acted like he never saw a green pool before. He dumped some chemicals in and swept on Thursday and said he would be back on Friday with Guy. No one showed on Friday or Monday. I called Guy on Monday he said Steve said my pump didn't work. I told him it does work and Steve shut it off. Guy said he would be out on Tuesday. No Guy. This is ust another unreliable and unprofessional pool service. Save your time & money.

"Ben asked for normal weekly maintenance I specifically asked Ben what was the condition of the pool he said it was a little green. I asked him how long has it been since the pool was cleaned he said a couple of weeks. I went and looked at the pool It was so green you couldn't see the bottom the pool pump did not work. I spoke to Ben by phone gave him a price and he never heard back from Ben.. Ben lived in a different state and hadn't visited the property in months. I wish Ben the best of luck in the future."

They came during the timeframe promised very professional my pool was green due to another companies lack of attention G2C put needed chemicals and since I will be using their service going forward I didn't pay a cent today they will add it to May billing also VERY reasonable fees
