"Thank you Sir, please let us know if you need anything in the future!"
"Thank you sir! Please let me know if there is anything we can get done for you in the future!"
"Thank you for such a great review! We truly try our best to be the best we can, and it makes it easier when we have great customers like you!"
"Thank you so much for the kind words! This member was breeze to work with, extremely nice and we enjoyed getting him done. Enjoy your gutters and please let us know of any future service needed!"
"I appreciate your review, we like to get honest reviews with advice to help our company run better. We do our best to make sure customers are fully aware of their install dates with a phone call and an email, but maybe we should call the day before like you suggest. This job had to change from 6" gutter to 7" gutter for a very good reason that is not being mentioned. The drip edge on this home, the metal flashing we tuck the gutter under, was impossible to lift enough to get the gutter under. This is not the fault of our installers or the salesman, although this is very rare, it's just the way this customers home was built. We decided the best method would be to install the gutter under the drip edge, on a break in the fascia, and use a bigger gutter to compensate for the lower profile, which is exactly what we did and it works perfect. We didn't do this estimate with the intention of up-charging anything. This was an issue that could not be known until the gutter install started. We explained the whole situation to the customer, then offered the 7" gutter for a vastly discounted rate (just cost of material) so we could get this job done. We just wanted to make the customer happy just like all our customers. We are sorry it took a few extra weeks to reschedule your job, but we are still very busy and are doing out absolute best to accommodate ALL of our customers requests. Plus, with Irma a few weeks back, our suppliers ran very behind on certain materials. We appreciate your business and hope you look to us again for future gutter projects!"
"We came out on the day he was scheduled to install 300' +/- of gutter on his entire home. He had rotten wood on one 5' section of gutter on his home. My men notified the homeowner so he could get it fixed. He got it fixed and then called in to our office to be rescheduled. We are very busy during the summer months, and we got him back in our schedule the earliest we could. This member, like he said, called our office and literally screamed at everyone he could get on the phone with. We tried to explain that we were doing our best with scheduling, but he was irate and demanded an earlier date that was not available then demanded a FULL refund for the entire job. We managed to get his 5' section installed on the next Saturday after his full on melt down on the phone to my office. We did our best to accommodate this customer the best we could, but with our busy schedule it sometimes can be difficult to reschedule homes that run into issues that we have no control over. We did our best to make this member happy, but I guess you just can't make all of them happy. One thing worth pointing out though, he never mentions anything negative about the work done on his home. My men also did mention he was extremely nice to them when they came to get this piece of gutter up. So at the end of the day after all is said and done, he actually sounds like a satisfied customer of a quality seamless rain gutter installation. I'm sorry to hear you will not be referring us, but I'm happy you're ultimately happy with what you paid for."
"I'm sorry this member feels this way, but what this member is failing to mention is the amount of very large oak trees that tower over his house and directly over the gutter. If you leave a clean white car parked under a tree for a day or two, chances are it will not be clean when you come back to it. Especially if it rains! The same works with anything else. This customer called our office last week furious about the stains on his the gutters he purchased from us over 3 years ago. We explained to him that we don't physically manufacture or paint the gutter material. We just buy it from the same suppliers as every other gutter company does in the area and run it through our gutter machines. We offered all the warranty information for our metal manufacturer including their local offices phone number (which they carry a 20-50 year warranty), and offered advice on how to clean it. He responded angrily and moments later this was posted. If properly done, pressure washing should easily clean the gutters. This would be the first time in 30 years we have heard that pressure washing did not do the trick."
"Thank you, Sir! Please let us know if you ever need our services in the future!"
"Thank you very much for the nice review! We are not always the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and we always want our customers to know and feel that they made the right choice with us!"
"Thank you very much for the nice review! It was very nice to meet you and your husband! Please let us know if there is anything in the future we can do for you!"
