He came to the house for an estimate the same day I called (he was in the area) . His price was competitive.He arrived on time each day to do the work and outlined to me what he planned to do each day. He was very professional and worked very efficiently and completed on time. He cleaned up and left the house just as he found it.He was recommended by a friend and after seeing his work, I would not hesitate to recommend him.

House looks great. Pressured washed and trenched about a week in advance to give house a chance to dry out. Started on a Monday and finished on Saturday. Removed and replaced light fixtures and front door hardware when those spots were painted. Windows were caulked and covered. Stress cracks were filled and are not visible at all. Housed was sealed. First coat sprayed and second back-rolled. Bill worked mostly by himself but did have a family member with him on some occasions. He took his time and did quality work. Price was 3000 with estimates from 2800 to 3700.
