While there was some initial mix up on diagnosing our issue, Calello handled the entire situation superbly. Great customer service, responsiveness, and professionalism over the whole situation. Hiring a plumber can be a risky thing, not knowing whether you can trust some companies over others. Calello is one you can definitely trust to get a fair shake, honesty, and fairness from, which is a big part of hiring a contractor. Would hire again!!

Calello responded quickly, sending Jay out to locate and repair the broken pipe quickly, neatly and efficiently. Jay was also able to repair an indoor toilet that was flooding my bathroom.

Reasonable price/ great work/office gives excellent customer service

We had gotten 2 referrals for this company before we called. We contacted them and spoke to Dominic. He came out to us on a Saturday for an estimate and didn't charge us a fee. He was running a bit behind when he said he would get to us and made sure to give us a call to update us on his ETA. He agreed to take care of us Monday and he delivered. The young man he sent to do the job was very nice and respectable. We def. recommend Calello.

Dominick was great to work with. Very fair pricing and the job well done in time promised. Only thing to note is that his services do not include drywall patching - I knew this up front, so no problems. Thank you Calello Plumbing!!
