Condensate was leaking out of my air handler making a mess on my garage floor. Of course, it happened on a Sunday -- Murphy's Law. Called Bay Area after consulting Angie's and the repairman arrived about an hour later. He spent approx.15 minutes total clearing the clogged drain line using a mini-vacuum cleaner. Told me to pour some bleach into line spout once a month, which I did that very day. I thought the problem was solved. Not quite. Water still leaked a few days later, though not as much. Called Bay Area again. This time the repairman spent 45 minutes on the job. He used a more powerful vacuum to clear the drain line. He also applied some tape to the air handler in areas where air was escaping. He waited patiently until no more water came out. The second service call was free because the company gives a 30-day warrantee on repairs. I was charged $95.00 for the after-hours service and $176.79 to clear the line. I have no idea if this is standard. I guess $271.79 for two service calls is not too bad. The problem has disappeared. I'll be sure to pour bleach next month to keep the line clear.
