"Ma'am you only had our service for three months. Unfortunately, the way you talked to our employees and office staff it was extremely hard to provide service for you. We do wish you luck with another company."
"We sent shrubs to the lab at UF to determine the diagnosis. I tried to explain that they are working w/a limited number of people. I am sorry that was not fast enough. Attached is your report which it states it is not chemical burn but a Dieback disease Diagnosis: Botryosphaeria Dieback fungi are generally ubiquitous in Florida, causing dieback diseases on a variety of woody hosts. The first noticeable symptoms of this disease are yellowing and premature leaf drop of the leaves along with a twig dieback. Unlike most plant pathogens, Botryosphaeria fungi are not host-specific but can cause disease on many plant species. Botryosphaeria fungi colonize plant tissue through wounds, growth cracks, leaf scars, and lenticels. Spread of these fungi occurs through air movement or splash dispersal of spores and can also occur through use of contaminated pruning tools. The best defense against this commonly-occurring disease is to ensure plants are in optimal health by providing the appropriate cultural requirements for the particular plant species, avoiding plant stress and injury, and employing appropriate sanitation measures. Water-related stress appears to be especially important with this disease. Shallowly-rooted plants will be susceptible to drought and mechanical injury. Wounded plant tissue is susceptible to infection. Practice proper pruning techniques in order to avoid large pruning wounds. Carefully prune away affected areas during seasons when the plants are dormant and practice good sanitation between plants. Dispose of infected prunings away from plants. Mycosphaerella Leaf Spot spores were seen produced in the centers of the leaf spots. These fungi survive adverse conditions in leaves in the canopy and in fallen leaves. The spores produced on the leaves are wind blown or carried in splashing water to infect healthy tissue. Remove fallen leaves. Avoid overhead irrigation, water in the early morning hours so that the foliage dries before nightfall. This is the short version of the report as there was"

"Dear Mr. [Member Name Removed] this is the email Jason sent you: On Aug 3, 2018, at 4:14 PM, Jason Sims assuregreen hotmail.com wrote: Hi Mr. [Member Name Removed] My most sincere apologies about cutting you off during our conversation. I certainly was not trying to be disrespectful, just trying to resolve the situation. I have reached out to the county extension service and a few lawn vendors to have them give us an unbiased opinion. If you would be willing to let me resolve this situation for you I think everyone would be happy with the results. The lawn can recover without having to replace it. Although, the concrete and work being done on the grass has stressed it, it can recover. We treated 5 other lawns in your neighborhood that day with the same chemicals. If the county comes out and decides that it is our fault I will be more than happy to replace your turf and offer a 1 year guarantee. The point I was trying to make earlier was just that where you had the work done is where the problem lies but if you go beyond your pool lanai in the back lawn there is no damage because there was no work done there. Again, I stand behind our work and would be very grateful if you would let me resolve this issue. Jason Sims Assuregreen Property Services www.assuregreenlawn.com 727-797-4040 Dear Mrs. [Member Name Removed], I am really sorry you feel the way you do. I believe their are 2 sides to every story and unfortunately need to tell ours as well. The miscommunication you are talking about was over having your trees and shrubs treated. I do apologize about that. When Mr called concerned about the yellowing the technicians came out the following day. When they tried to discuss what was going on Mr was so inebriated he fell into the refrigerator while getting another beer. The situation is you had concrete curbing put in your front yard. There is concrete and mortar throughout your yard which is displayed in the pictures below. You do not have a large yard so yes it is evident through out the front and sides where the work was being done. The pictures you have taken show the wear and tear evident of some one putting in concrete curbing. The zig zags you had mentioned are wheel barrow marks. We really wanted to come to a resolution for you guys. Although, you did not want to hear the answer we were giving. We offered if the lawn did not come back we would replace it free of charge. I don't know what else we could do above and beyond that. Your backyard received the same treatment as the front but is fine because you had no work done back there. Our offer still stands and again I am really sorry you feel the way you do. While this bothers me greatly I came to realize you can not make everyone happy. God Bless"
