Darrell Connell gave me a quote to repair the kitchen damaged by an improperly installed ice maker after another contractor replaced the floor covering in my doublewide.  Water had soaked into the wood subflooring and up into the base cabinets. The kitchen cabinets had to be removed and replaced.  The floors, up to and including the subflooring and insulation underneath was removed and replaced.  The beams had to be treated to keep mold from occurring.  Some had to be reinforced.  Counter tops were replaced, electrical wiring was reworked back into the cabinets, as was the plumbing.  Floors were damaged into the laundry room and 4 feet into the living room as well as the entire  kitchen/dining area.  All had to be removed, treated and replaced.  New vinyl was laid to replace the new vinyl that was destroyed by the faulty installation.
I was so pleased with the work performed that I had them install extra cabinets elsewhere in the kitchen.  The extra work was of course in addition to the above amount, paid for by myself.  The above work was paid by insurance claim for the flooring installation company.
