The entire experience went very well. Mr. Williams was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I explained what plants and trees I wanted and Mr. Williams educated me on the types of grass, plants, and trees that would survive in our zone. I was impressed with Mr. Williams honesty, due to the fact he could have planted what I initially wanted knowing they would not survive, and then coming back to plant more plants, making him more money. This spoke a lot to his integrity and made my decision to hire him and his company to provide the services needed.
Once a plan was decide upon, he had his crew there and they worked diligently to complete the work within the time frame agreed upon. Mr. Williams and his crew always verified everything with me prior to executing the task, just to make sure I had not changed my mind, which I did do a few times. At the end of each day the crew cleaned up the work area, which was very nice.
The existing sprinkler system in the yard did not work, again being new to the area and not knowing who to call, Mr. Williams recommended a couple of companies that could fix the system.
I was very pleased with the end result and the entire process. Due to this, I hired his company to continue to provide my lawn service.
I highly recommend Mr. Williams company to anyone in need of landscaping or lawn services
