Michael is a nice guy, but he is not very thorough. There were several things that he missed on our inspection. In addition, I paid for a wind mitigation yet he did not provide the "photographic evidence" that is required to qualify for insurance credits. Very disappointed.

Nice guy, but he missed several things in the house that should have been flagged. Also charged for a wind mitigation but was not able to check the interior roof support, which basically made the mitigation useless.
