The service was not good because the computer keeps saying to activate windows. He didn't give a key number. I took it to his shop. The customer service was good when I arrived. The office environment was good. It took them about two and half weeks to get it fix. He said he would have it ready by friday and it was the following week before he gave it back to me. I had to call him for updates and he was always out. Had to leave several messages. I would not take another computer to him. The laptop was returned in worst condition than when I took in. The service and the time it took is what I dislike the most. What I would tell a friend or family member to expect is a long wait and check the computer as soon as you get home to make sure it is what you wanted.
