Jim Yeager addressed all my concerns before the final invoice was paid, so I was satisfied and happy with the services provided.

Our experience with Jim and his team was excellent. We called in a panic after discovering discolorations in our wood floor and within an hour of submitting an inquiry, we had an appointment scheduled foe the next day! Our repair required not only floor but also cabinet repair. Jim personally walked us through what the process would entail and had other team members (drying team, plumbers etc) at our home within hours. We felt such relief as his team arrived and did fabulous and efficient work. Throughout the process Jim was immediately available by text and phone making it clear that he personally takes responsibility for all the work done. Our home is now restored back to normal after an extensive floor repair and feel very thankful for finding this company.

Yeager Flooring (YF) was the last of four companies I used for a cost estimate. Although it was the fourth, it was by far the best in price, quality, and installation turnaround-time; the entire process took five work-days. Jim Yeager personally came to my home to do an estimate, made cost saving recommendations (the only company to do so) and provided top quality carpets and padding that fit within my budget. Regardless whether 1st or 4th, I will strongly recommend YF to neighbors and friends when for future flooring. I’m glad I did!

We had a water leak issue on our existing hardwood floor, and I had called several company to try to find a remedy. Jim was definitely the most knowledgeable of all the companies, and he gave us many options to fix the problem. We eventually chose to replace the flooring for a better quality one. We also met with Melanie for our kitchen remodeling project. She was wonderful and even gave us different designs to accommodate what I wanted vs what my husband wanted! The entire crew from demolition to installation was always very professional and courteous, and they updated us daily with what’s going on. It was nice to have the flooring and the kitchen be done by the same company, and they coordinated everything we needed. The floor and the kitchen both turned out gorgeous, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. If you’re looking for a company that would give you high quality service and work, Yeager is definitely the one to contact!

The entire Yaeger team displayed honesty, genuine integrity, a high level of craftsmanship, and competency throughout the entire large-scale remodel. We are very satisfied, beyond satisfied, and always felt we were being dealt with truthfully and fairly. We've worked with numerous contractors of all types over the years, and believe me when I saw Yaeger is different. Demo, Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall, Texture, Painters, Doors, Windows, Closets, Cabinetry, Flooring, Countertops, etc - They were all above reproach. P.S. They handled all of the design, fixture selection, colors, tiles, etc. Looks amazing!

This was the third, and last, company I called for an in home estimate. Everyone there is experienced and professional and the contractors they use were great too. There were no surprises along the way and my new kitchen and flooring are gorgeous! I'm sure there are other great builders around, but what really sold me was Melanie's vision and enthusiasm, she did not disappoint! I'm looking forward to our next project, thank you Yeager.

I have used Yeager Flooring in the past and I knew when I purchased this condo who I was going to call. Jim Yeager, Melanie (designer) and the entire team are outstanding. I was out of state and Jim kept me informed with updates throughout the process. When I walked in after everything was done I just kept walking and looking I was totally amazed at how beautiful. This company far exceeded our expectations. As a former Army Command Sergeant Major, I demand professionalism and the highest level integrity about individuals in their performance. Jim Yeager the owner of the business certainly exemplifies the above. The work was completed on time as promised, while Jim made personal visit to ensure his contractors were doing the right work as promised. A owner who really cares about his customers. The end product was way above our expectations and left our home way better than before the project started. Even if small corrections needed to be made a few weeks after the project was completed, Jim and his contractors made it happen without any additional costs. If you want to have the job completed on time, without major costs, have contractors respect your home and add their personnel touch, this is the company I would highly recommend for any home improvements. The best part it was so easy working with our insurance company and Jim to make sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner. Jim Yeager and his team did a fabulous job with the floor renovations in our home. My wife and I are very happy with the results. Jim's expertise and experience made an enormous difference in what was an arduous 8 week job. Jim even provided large clothing racks for us to use during the renovations. Jim's team of professionals were prompt, polite and did quality work. You cannot put a price on professional experience and quality workmanship. It took longer than I had hoped, but was understandable to correct the damage. Work performed was of craftsman quality & the final results are beautiful. The Yeager Company stayed in constant contact & provided excellent service.

The floors were in very rough shape with paint and a large grate from a furnace. The did a beautiful job of removing the grate and patching in new boards to match and refinishing the entire living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms and hallway. You couldn't even tell where it was patched!

We contacted multiple service providers taking Angies List reference and decided to go with Yeager. Even though they were the costliest, we selected them based on glowing reviews we read here (I read and each and every review). Looking back I would rate our experience as mixed at best. The Good Part. Jim and Team were extremely professional through out and their pricing was like CarMax (no haggle) but flexible enough to make things work within budget. We selected one tile and decided to change when they were just about start tiling. I was pleasantly surprised by Jim's understanding and taking back old tiles and getting new tiles installed. When the work started, all the workers were also very professional and would clean everything "everyday" after finishing days job even though house was vacant. Not So Good Part: As we had selected very costly and glossy tiles, as it was discussed, we were expecting very thin virtually invisible grout lines but the grout width is much more than what I have seen in other places for same type of tiles. That made it look like cheap job. Unfortunately not much could be done and we have to live with it for next decade or so :-( Another issue was post installation cleaning of tiles was not done properly. Lot of grout, cement etc was left stuck to tiles at so many places ruining overall look. We ended up removing it ourselves and tiles are clean now, but final finish quality should have been much better for such high service price. All in all, if I have to do it again, I would still prefer to go with Yeager for their professionalism, honest and no non sense dealing style but would be very watchful during and after installation.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! Yeager Flooring is a company of integrity that puts customers first. Hard working and professional staff along with impeccable customer service. I would not use anyone else!

From start to finish, the perfect experience. Reliable, clean, on time, attention to detail and craftsmanship was perfect. Workers on time, and were very focused on doing a professional job. They totally stripped my staircase of that 1980’s orange oak stain, and now they are a beautiful deep mahogany. It was a big job. They did that so well, that I also had them replace the carpet in my 2 guest bedrooms, with manufactured hardwood. I would highly recommend this company without any hesitation.
