It went very well. The team was professional and all the work to replace sheetrock, moulding, paneling, carpet replacement, painting and the fans that were used to dry out the water soaked areas was done with no issues. This work was completed to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. I would recommend Paul Davis.

There were so many people I dealt with and some of are better than others. One lady did everything right, but the other people didn't do as great. I thought it was quite a lot of money. Some were more professional than others.

My experience with them was excellent!  They did a very nice job, and they were very professional.  The people that have been working for them at that time, Howard and his crew seem very professional and just knowledgeable.  My husband is a cabinet maker and he's a perfectionist, so he kind of know what to look for.

I am renting the property.  Among the worst experiences I ever had with a general contractor.  Howie was difficult to work with, usually unresponsive and did not seem to oversee his subcontractors very well.  Nothing was completed on schedule, subs were sloppy and left behind debris and did not always clean up after themselves.  The workmanship for the patio pavers was sub standard and included electrical work done by an unqualified worker, which resulted in the complete destruction of our hot tub system.  Significant damage to the property.  I gave Paul Davis an opportunity to address my concerns, but Howie did not even respond.  Since the landlord paid Howie in advance, looks like we are headed to Court.  I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I fired them. They took too long. The contractor didn't return my calls. He completely ignored me all the time. He had me pick out a roof that I wanted and he put in the wrong roof and color. The great thing is that he was so irresponsible he haven't had any signed contract. Someone came in to clean up the operation down there and I paid them an appropriate amount of what was done.

He ran the job himself for me, not one of his superintendents because I had trouble with one of his superintendents. Funny thing is, in all the things they were doing, they forgot to give me an estimate so when they kept saying that they were on something I had no idea what they were talking about. But the thing was, he made sure that everything was excellent. I have no complains. He oversaw it and he was here more often than the workmen were and some jobs that he didn't like, he fired them. He made sure that it was painted right, that the driveway pavers were put in right, that the pavers in the pool were right, that the floors were right, and everything. Everyone that was hired by him did a super job, except the first one who he fired.

Paul Davis Restoration was wonderful.  They came out last year to do the work.  They were probably here from November through the summer.  They coordinate companies that come in depending upon what is wrong with your house and they have a guy who over sees everything.  Every single employee that came to my house treated it like it was theirs.  If they were here to do my floors, they made sure they didn't damage my walls.  For a sink hole it was a very pleasant experience.  I can not believe the effort they go through to make you comfortable.  They just went over and above.  I can't sing their praises high enough.  For a sink hole experience I was expecting the worst and I got the best.
