I was given Nick's name and phone number by Heritage Propane, my gas company. He promptly called me back and we set up an appointment for 2pm. He arrived at 1:55pm and took about an hour to take out the old dryer and set up the new one. His original estimate was right on. He was polite and professional and I plan to use him again if need be. He was much cheaper than what was quoted by Best Buy for the same installation as well as Heritage Propane.
