first rain and stuck to the top of pavers. He created a disaster for several
homes in the driveways and pool area. He blamed the problem on the sand
manufacturer, but the sand manufacturer came out and determined it was an
installation issue. They said they wouldn?t have recommended their sand for
these specific pavers. The damage is vast, including sealed pavers having to be
stripped and refinished. As a good gesture, the sand manufacture paid Nick
Powers of Morgan Lawn & Landscaping a significant amount of money to
refinish the pavers. Once he received the money, he stopped working and stopped
answering our calls. We haven?t seen him in weeks. He walked away from all the
jobs. He charged us up front, received additional compensation from the sand
company, then walked away. I believe Nick Morgan, the owner, is a relative of
Nick Powers. Beware of this company!
