It is once a month, and I use them for three different things. It keeps the ants away, and they take down any wasp nest that have formed outside of the house. They check for anything going on, as far as any infestations.

Ok. They were asked to return to treat the abundant amount of mole crickets on the property. They questioned if we knew what a mole crickets looked like...they showed up a day late and did not perform the service. The main office was contacted and I was told by one of the managers that they would return and readdress the issue in the next 2 weeks. I ended their services immediately!
