They charged me exorbitant fee just to come out and look at it and then the guy didn't do a good job with the installation and then when I had to call them back he charged us another fee. It took a long time for them to even after the initial service call for them to even call me back. They didn't even like call me back. They are not responsive. The installation was not bad, it was okay. I would not use them again in the future.

The heat pump was installed within a week of calling. It was excellent! They have a good product and their customer service is great. Their wait time is very efficient.

I didn t realize Leslie s did all this. A neighbor tipped me off to call 1-800-Leslies (or something like that) and I scheduled an appointment with a tech rep. Marla came around - my goodness she was the first person who actually listened to what I wanted, made the correct suggestions, gave me a detailed quote on the spot. I had to take the order into my local (Carrollwood) store. They ordered the equipment and when it came in a few days later scheduled the install. Marla came back with an assistant and efficiently installed everything. They did a great job and the price was fantastic. A great experience - no high pressure salespeople. Everything works and looks great (PS I had to get a gas plumber to hook up spa heater, but I knew that in advance and cost me $100).

The job should have taken one visit and cost about $250, if it had been done right the first time. But after weeks of excuses, 4 visits, two motors and excess charges, Leslie's finally solved the original problem at a cost of $470.
