I must agree with the last 2 -3 reviews on fungus issues. This company was great in the beginnings telling you everything you want to hear and responsive with any questions during the first few months of treatment. We replaced a palm January 4 due to fungus. We stressed to them that this is a brand new HEALTHY palm being planted still in pot , with a wide hole dug out , and current fungus has been sprayed for treatment. they reassured us that they will take care of it. Donald even came out, hugged my tree and said this is my baby now. January 5th they started service until end of August . In July, I texted two people in my contacts for Keepers of the green with no response and no concern for the photo I sent of the dying palm. June “ Hey this Donald with keepers of the green. I'm sorry I haven't been out to treat you like normal but I have grown the route and have needed some help “ I’m assuming this is when they stopped treating my garden area for fungus . The Palm was doing great. It was thriving prawns were growing then all of a sudden this past month As I informed them, they came out and said the Palm is not going to make it. Instead of taking responsibility for a job that was neglected. The blame was placed on us the homeowners. Something about replacing a tree in January with fungus issues and we were told about it .? Then why did you take the job and continue billing us for 8 months ? That is a flat lie I had no discussions nor anything in writing about their lack of knowledge. Makes no sense . Fungus was not an issue any longer as all of my other shrubs were thriving and the palm was doing great. This started around june /July, spreading again due to all the rain. And not being treated promptly by keepers of the green. A palm does not take 8 months to die. This happened quick and spread rapidly. That of which my text was ignored. Service area manager rob or Ron was also of no help. The whole conversation with my husband was spent arguing . I would steer clear of this company. It seems like they got too busy and will not take accountability for anything that happens in your yard . He went as far as calling us dishonest. I guess time to find another fertilizer company

Companies that put customer service FIRST still exist! Keepers of the Green has kept my lawn for 4+ years and I can tell you, they will do everything they can to keep you happy. They stand by their service and commitment to "keep" your lawn "green". The personal service we received from Richard recently was the best service we've received anywhere, from any company. I told my neighbor about them and he's been receiving great service for over a year as well. Than you Richard, Joel and Jason, and Keepers of the Green!

Upon the first visit Jeremiah did a lawn analysis told me all about my lawn, we discussed my shrub and trees how they can treat both the lawn, trees and shrubs. He was very good at educating me about what my lawn needs and how he can help me achieve a beautiful healthy green plush yard. What I found with Jeremiah and Keepers of the Green vs other companies once I hired them they continued to educate me every month on my invoice. Reminding me of changes to the water restrictions in my county, different times a year remind me to change my zones on my sprinkles to accommodate for longer watering during the warmer months. They stand by their service. Yes, I have had lawn issues...as does anyone with St. Augustine grass from time to time. However, they respond immediately to address the issues and stand behind their work. I have had the pleasure of knowing Cliff and Mr. Read for almost 15 years and stand by their work.

Keepers of the Green were awesome! David, the owner, was incredibly responsive and accommodating! The technician was very knowledgeable and knew what needed to be done to bring the lawn back to what it needed to be. If you're looking for an awesome lawn service,don't look any further. These are the guys for you! The only reason I don't use them now is because they don't service Tennessee!

For well over a year James from Keepers of the Green has been fertilizing and managing my yard. Keeping our yard healthy and green is important to my wife and I not only from an aesthetics perspective, but also from a home value perspective. They have done a great job keeping our yard looking great year round. Anytime I have any questions or concerns they're quick to answer, and always return my calls when they're not readily available. Overall they've done a great job with our lawn and I would recommend them to anyone.

He was only doing my front lawn and he wasn't doing a good job. That's why I had to fire them because I have weeds and stuff. I'd had them awhile and then all of a sudden, I don't know.

They are the best, I've used them for 16 years. They come in and do what they need to and it takes them about 20-30 minutes. They leave a list of what needs to be done and what they did. If there is a problem the owners come out and look at it and handles the problem.
