We have been in the Tampa Bay area since 1990 and are not planning on moving. We are licensed by the State of Florida for inside and outside Pest Control Svcs. We are also a licensed and bonded Irrigation Contractor. We are proud to say that we can offer our clients FULL SERVICE. Higgins Lawn Care takes pride in the work we do. Our customers are not just a number. They are individuals with individual needs. We try and cater to those needs the best we possibly can. Higgins Lawn Care offers communication via email. Your question is very important to us, and is usually answered within minutes. Communication is key with our company. We never charge a fee to come out and give you an estimate nor do we send a sales person out. You will be dealing strickly with the owner of the company and we NEVER use subcontractors. Our main goal is to keep our customers happy.

The appearance of our yard is very important and we've tried numerous yard companies who simply could not deliver. Other companies came up short when it came to reliability, using adequate equipment with sharpe blades and providing excellent customer service overall. When I contacted Higgins, Dawn was professional, helpful and provided me with good service. If I'm not mistaken they came out the same day and provided us with a reasonable quote. Again, we are new customers with this lawn service and so far we are pleased.

I called Higgins Lawn Care and they were very understanding that I expressed the urgency of my situation. They came to my home to give me an accurate quote to begin caring for my lawn on a regular basis. They came to my home when they said that they would and they performed the work that we discussed. They did a GREAT JOB! Higgins Lawn Care is responsive to individual customer needs and they will take the time to talk with you and explain their services in detail. To sum it up....they do what they say they will do.....and they do it within the timeframe that is agreed upon......and for the price that has been agreed upon. They don't treat you like "just another customer." Instead, they realize that each customer is "special" and has "different needs." My neighbors and my firiends have commented on how nice my yard looks! :-)

He makes the yard look really well groomed. He edges, cuts grass, weeds the lawn and does chemical treatment. The staff is friendly. I will continue to use them.
