The Grout Rhino team did an amazing job color sealing our new floors. They were very helpful in showing different color options and worked very efficiently to seal grout across multiple rooms in our house. We would definitely recommend them and will use them again when it’s time for a reseal, floor cleaning, and buffing.

Fantastic work. Whole house was completed quickly and expertly. 20 years of grout staining was removed and sealed with the original color and master bath shower grout replaced where needed. We are very happy with the end result! Initial estimate was fast (first response), courteous and very competitive (I obtained 3 quotes). He was punctual and kept us updated on progress. Again...very happy!!

We were charged $400 for less than 3 hours' work. He did not remove all the grout haze. His machine left black marks all over the new white baseboard. My new cabinets had thick soap suds splashed and dried on all the low cabinets doors. I ended up on my hands and knees for the weekend and removed the grout myself. Please do not make the same mistake I did. Never hire this company. Results are poor.

The company was very professional and courteous. Did a real good job cleaning and sealing. Offered suggestion of grout color to match color scheme in guest bath. The end product made the floors look new again. Very satisfied overall.

Grout Rhino came and offered a free demonstration of the cleaning and the color sealing product they use. They used non-toxic cleaning products that seem more effective than any other clean product I ever bought. They were very professional and effective. The cleaning and sealing cost was totally worth it. Now I don't waste hours or a lot of money on hazard cleaning products, just a simple moping and my floor looks like new again.

The one I use is Grout Rhino Cleaning and that the only one I have used so far. They were very prompt. They did exactly what they tell you they were going to do. They did a much better job than I would ever have done but I have a feeling they were not quite up to par. I had a little job and a lot of the other companies would have taken it. I am not unhappy but I would not give the kind of rating of all 'A's. There were a couple of little spots that weren't perfect and I didn't push it because I was just trying to get it done. I am not complaining but they weren't top notch, I would say a 'B'. I would use them in the future for a small job but I would not use them if it were going to be a large job.

They did good job. They were very nice and I thought that the price was really well. They brought four or five people to complete the work. They did a good job with cleaning. They even called us the following year to see if we need any additional work.

The work turned out awful. They gave an estimate and came into the bathroom to re-grout the floor that has big tiles. They never finished the bathroom. Within one week, the grout was coming apart. I had to spend a couple thousand dollars to have the work re-done. Not only did he cost me additional money to have to work re-done, he also helped himself to beverages in my refrigerator and threw cigarette butts on the ground. At the time of payment, he even mentioned that he wanted some of the payment made in cash, but he did not tell us in advance.

"I have never ever left a job unfinished. If the job was so bad, why did i never hear back from you to try and remedy the situation. A regrouting of a shower would not cost thousands of dollars and you did not incur that because of my work. I always tell my workers not to litter ground with cigarette butts, but i am sorry if this time i did not catch it. I would never take a drink without permission, most customers offer me drinks even though i bring my own."

The job was good. His assistant did use too much caulking in the shower to the point where it was not pleasing to the eye, but it was not terrible. The overall job was good. The grout cleaning itself was a nice job.

We just purchased a home in Tampa with new porcelain tile throughout. We met them at a home show a month or so before we closed and decided we want to at least get their estimate to keep the grout looking new. They came to the home, were very professional and explained the process. We hired them to seal all the floors in our empty house and it came out great. Cosmetically there?s no major change ? but now that its sealed it should stay looking new in spite of traffic from our four kids. We see it as a sensible investment.
