"While this review is disappointing, we believe the ratings from some of our other customers, speak for themselves as for the quality, service and cost of our product and workmanship. This project did take longer than we had anticipated, which was equally frustrating for our customer, who had recently purchased this home, and our company. Manufacturing/delivery delays of the cabinets extended the initial installation date of the cabinets, however, to compensate for the delay, we offered (and the customer graciously accepted) to assist them with several things outside of the scope of the contract, at no additional cost to them, to assist them with remodeling their newly purchase home. Requests from the customer to change several things within the scope of the contract, to include the layout of the cabinets and the request to add additional/different cabinets (at no increase to the contracted price) further delayed the progress of this project, as the manufacturing/delivery time of the cabinets was approximately 6 weeks each time a change was made. The customer was made aware of the delays throughout the project, however, the delays with the cabinets put other things on hold until they were installed. We are puzzled as to why the customer is stating that the contract was violated day one. The deposit which the customer provided, was for the cost of the cabinets, as well as, other material, which was installed in the home. Equally puzzling is the fact that the customer often told us of the superior workmanship of our company and the quality of the cabinets that we installed. We feel that we provided the customer with quality workmanship. All reviews are verified by HomeAdvisor prior to being placed on our review page. The customer which wrote the Angie?s list review was refunded their deposit, as there were scheduling issues, of both parties, due to the holidays. A response was provided to Angie?s List, however, it was not uploaded into their website for some reason which we will be looking into"
