Git'R Done Contracting & Management

Never did job. Lied all the way through the preparation of project I.e. plans, permits. A previous job I had them do was instal fencing which was never completed either

I signed a contract with Jim Holtzman, VP of Operations for Bath Planet of Tampa Bay, and a licensed contractor for Git "R Done Contracting & Management.  (FL Dept of State indicates that Bath Planet of Tampa Bay is a front company for Git 'R Done Contracting & Management.)  At the time of the signing I was required to pay a deposit of half the contract amount, $3,290.00.
An appointment  for remodeling was set for 11-10-14.  The contractor did not show up on the scheduled date.  No call, no nothing.  I tried to contact them but they would not return my calls/messages.  I contacted Bath Planet corporate office and the contractor finally returned my call.  Another appointment was set for 12-1-14.  Again, the contractor did not show up on the scheduled date.  Again, I tried to contact them and they would not return my calls/messages.  Again, I had to contact Bath Planet corporate office and they convinced me to set a third appointment with Git 'R Done Contracting and Management for 12-22-14.  Yet again, the contractor did not show up for the appointment.  
After four months and three "no show" appointments we reached the limit of our frustration/patience and cancelled our contract with Git 'R Done Contracting & Management.  We have not received the return of our deposit money.
