Dilip and team are experts at what they do. The whole process was very smooth. They came in, reviewed the entire area to understand what should and should not be done, recommended the right specifications and equipment that would best suit for the area. They even helped buy the equipment, deliver, unpack and install. Once the installation was done, they stayed and walked me through the manual, how to use features, configured the right surround settings and get me going. I chose to go with DefTech for my 5.1 Dolby Atmos audio channel with Sony 4k projector and Denon receiver. I will admit I have screwed my audio settings couple of times and Dilip came each time and graciously helped recalibrate those for me. I would definitely recommend Dilip and team to anyone who is new to Home theater systems and wants a quick job done. Absolutely amazing experience and worth the money spent. I enjoy my home theater every day and look forward for evenings.

Dilip is amazing. He helped my 91-year old father get into a TV with a single remote that easily allows him to turn the TV on and off without having to also use his Spectrum remote. He had really been struggling with his old TV. He is competitively priced and quick to respond. We have used him multiple times for our home too for our home entertainment system and wireless extenders and TVs. Highly recommend!

Our first experience with Dilip (Frequencies, USA) was to assist my wifeâ s dad, who is in an assisted living facility, with his TV/remote. He was having issues turning on the TV, accessing cable, changing channels, etc. We were ready to spend $$ for a new TV to fix the problem as we had run into a dead end trying to fix on our own. Didnâ t take Dilip long to figure out what the issue was: sun shining through the window was interfering with the signal from the remote â closed the blinds, end of story. Feeling good about his honesty, we had him stop at the house to see if he could address several issues we were having with our entertainment systems (last service company really took advantage of us). We had sound issues in 1 area of the house (he solved quickly) and other problems with our main house systems (he solved quickly too). He could have â soldâ us on the need for a bunch of new equipment/state of the art, but felt our system worked adequately based on our needs. Our last service company upsold us 5 years ago on stuff we probably didnâ t need when they came to service our systems, highly recommend Frequencies, USA!
