The price was half of another company's. He would say he would be here a certain day and wouldn't show up. He would call sometime that day and say he'd be here the next day. When he'd come out, he'd only work a few hours. It took like two weeks for him to do the work. He only worked like from 10-3. The price was reasonable and the work was good. He was very polite and cleaned up after himself.

The overall experience went well although there were a few hiccups along the way. Troy enclosed an existing 10x11 porch that already had an existing roof. He had to bring the flooring up with additional concrete. He and his crew framed the walls out of plywood and did the drywall. He subbed out stucco, painting, and electrical. He installed the windows and doors himself. The process took about 4 months (April - July 08) or so due to waiting on the permitting and inspections mostly. While I did not like the dust etc., I am very happy to finally have an office! There were two main hiccups - one was due to wiring for the cable modem - not Troy's fault at all - that I lay at the feet of the cable company. The other was we had a leak in one corner. Troy re-enforced the doors with caulking and re-stuccoed and painted the area. We did eventually get gutters to alleviate the issue and everything is fine now. He worked very hard to try and solve this problem (after receiving payment in full) and it is much appreciated! The final price was a few dollars extra because we added blinds inside the glass for the French doors. Well worth the extra $$!!
