DENCO WATER CONDITIONING

The worst. Installed the softner. I also bought his 12 month plan to check system/refill salt out of 10 months he has only came 3 times out of 10. I have to always contact him. He ALWAYS made an excuse of why he didn't come to check my system and refill salt. Very unprofessional, he never called me to let me know he couldn't make it: excuse, dad sick, etc. NOT A RELIABLE COMPANY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I had him since 98. Every time I had trouble, I called him. He was reliable, always shown up and goes what needs to be done. Its been a long time since I used anybody else. He gets here quick and fix what needs to be fix.

Overall, service was not bad enough to cause us to fire Denco and look for another water treatment service. Treatment was generally adequate, although quality varied from one visit to the next. However, working with Dean require a great deal of patience.

Very professional. Equipment was as quoted. Did a good job of explaining system operation.

First used Dean in 2001 and have used him twice since on our houses..  Never had a problem.  Also he shows up every few months to fill up the salt for $55.  Whatever product he uses,it lasts a lot longer than the cheaper stuff you can get at the local store (I tried it to save a few $$).  Since this is our third system from him you can tell we like his product and service.  I would absolutely recommend them.

It worked out really good. They came out and replaced the part and also cleaned up the mess. He comes every couple months to service the water softener as well. His prices are also reasonable.

Extremely unprofessional and rude when onsite. Said it would cost $195 and that we couldn't do it ourselves. They put 60lbs of salt in, refilled the container with water and bleach and fixed a panel.

It went as well as could be expected. The company that worked on my well previously had not wired it properly, so Denco had some trouble getting the electrical to work. My son did catch a leak just before they left because they didn't tighten something enough, but they fixed the issue promptly. I've also called him back out once for an issue I was having, and he was quick to respond.

We'd just moved into our home and we knew that we needed a water conditioning system put in. We shopped around and spoke to 4 different companies. A neighbor recommended this company based on a very positive experience. These new neighbors called him for us and we arranged an appointment. He came out, explained the service, and we signed on the spot. He was a very nice guy and very down to earth. Other friends of ours were present during his presentation. Not only did we hire his services but so did our friends. He installed our new system the very next day. He actually installed our friends service the next day also.

The installation was fine, but the system never completely worked. Parts of the house continued to have hard water. Dean would give me every excuse as to why this happened, none of which made sense. I repeatedly had to call and remind him to bring salt after my tank had run out. He would then show up at my house unannounced, sometimes as late as 8 pm and expect a check on the spot. A few months ago, I stopped getting any soft water and he used multiple excuses as to why this was occurring, none of which were true. I had an independent service person examine the tank and confirm the softener was not working. When confronted with this, Dean sent a "repair" person who never spoke with me, then Dean failed to show up for a scheduled appointment. I have already contacted another vendor to replace my completely useless softener. Overall, I have found Dean to be completely unprofessional, outright rude at times and not knowledgeable about his own product. I would stay away from him.
