What they did was when we moved in the builder had everything treated. Then you pay $100 every year and they come in and check it. You have a warranty depending on what they put down for termites -- what particular brand they put down. The first one was a five year and this was it. So you pay $100 a year and they come and check. If they find any termites or any evidence of termites they will re-treat for free while you have that warranty. So we've had them the first five years. Then they put down for seven years so I still have a warranty for another year.

They are fantastic. If we have a problem during the year, they will come right out. Their demeanor is very good too; they are very personable, pleasant, and there is no pressure in deciding anything further than we have. Their price is not bad for a year's contract.

We've had no problem with them; they have been really good. They have been quick to respond and they have done what they said they were going to do. The price was reasonable. We set up the termite protection for 5 years and the first year was free. I took a longer time to get a reduction on the price.

They have been excellent. They are very reasonably priced. They do call and remind us every year to make an appointment for the annual inspection is due. They have a good warranty that comes with their service.
