ANNABELLE'S

On my first visit, Christine and Dana sat down with me and went through many books and options as I stressed over the selection of bedroom and dining room furniture.  They were professional, knowledgeable, and very nice.  The furniture was delivered by a wonderful service managed by another true professional - couldn't ask for better service.  The only glitch came when I got the mattress and it was too soft - and different from the one I thought I had purchased.  I went to the store the day before 4th of July and Christine fixed this problem promptly - we found the mattress I really wanted and she arranged for the delivery service to bring out the new mattress that very day - the only place I will shop for furniture in the future!

First, repeated delays with delivery dates. I had to cancel a bedroom set order because of a 6-8 week delay that I wasn't informed of until 2 days after the set was scheduled to be delivered. Then, several pieces arrived damaged. They were picked up over 8 weeks ago and I still don't have them. My biggest complaint is that the people in the warehouse never communicated with me unless I initiated the call. Finally, I put it on my calender EVERY WEEK to call them for an update. A week before Thanksgiving I called about my dining room armchair and was told it had come in but they ''couldn't take it out of the box to inspect it until Monday'' and then they ''would see if they could get it delivered the next week.'' I insisted they take it out of the box to check for damage TODAY so I'd at least know that I could have it for Thanksgiving. They did. It was delivered today and it is the wrong chair! My chairs are stained black, this one was honey colored. TERRIBLE customer service.

I enjoyed working with Sharon and hope to have her do other work for us. She is an expert in her field and works very hard to please her customers.

I HAD BEEN EVERYWHERE IN TAMPA. I HAD NOT FOUND A SINGLE TV/ENTERTAINMENT CENTER THAT SUITED MY ELECTRONIC AND STYLE NEEDS AND COULD STILL FIT INTO THE LIMITED AREA I HAD TO HOUSE AN ENTERTAINMENT CENTER. I STUMBLED UPON ANNABELLE'S BY PURE ACCIDENT. I DROVE UP ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON JUST AS THEY WERE PUTTING OUT SALE ITEMS FOR THEIR TENT SALE BEGINNING THE NEXT DAY, SATURDAY. I PULLED INTO THE PARKING LOT AND PARKED IN FRONT OF THE ITEM THAT I HAD BEEN SEARCHING FOR, OVER 2 MONTHS. I FOUND JUST WHAT I WANTED! I COULD NOT BELIEVE THE PRICE. THE STAFF TOLD ME THAT IT WAS PRICED BELOW WHOLESALE. NOT SURPRISINGLY, I DID NOT BELIEVE THEM. I WENT HOME AND CHECKED OUT THE MANUFACTURER'S ON-LINE PRICE. THE PRICE THAT ANNEBELLE'S LISTED WAS WELL-BELOW THE MANUFACTURER'S RETAIL PRICE. FOR A SMALL DELIVERY FEE,APPROX $50.00, I HAD THIS PIECE HOME AND JUST WHERE I WANTED IN LESS THAN 1 WEEK. I STAND BY MY CLAIM THAT THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST FURNITURE DEALERS IN THE TAMPA AREA.
