Tried to charge us double labor for installing washer dryer hoses resulting in an incomplete job. They saw we had 4 lines rather than 2, installed the two, made me pay for the job, said they would call me Monday, I eventually called them on Wednesday when I still did not receive a call and was told I would get a call back, had to call again Thursday for a job scheduled on Friday. Was told it would be $160 to finish the job and to come back and would have to pay for labor again.

I wasn't getting hot water from the tub faucet. I requested service. Alpine returned my call promptly and scheduled an appointment. The plumber showed up on time and wore foot protection (as to not dirty my carpet). He repaired my faucet promptly and cleaned up afterwards. He was very pleasant to deal with. I couldn't ask for better service.
