Chris was excellent. He is not a salesman or front office type guy. He is the guy who actually installs the lights, and as a licensed electrician he speaks with knowledge. I was confident enough in his ability and integrity to pay him before actually seeing the installed lights at night. He then came out twice to reposition lights and make some changes. I unhesitatingly recommend him.

Chris and Chris were terrific. They came out promptly and were extremely professional. The time they spent diagnosing the problem proved their attention to detail. The level of customer service was excellent I would not hesitate to recommend Accurate LED .

very well- I had used Chris, the owner about 16 years ago to design and install my outdoor lights. He did a great job and was always available quickly for repairs. He left town after a few years and referred me to a repair person to take over all repairs ( Lighting unlimited). The new company was also very responsive and did a good job until they got really busy and hired people who did not do good work. After many years, i decided to replace my outdated system with LED lights because they cost so much less. The new company's estimate was really high so i searched for other quotes. I was thrilled to find Chris Bernardo (Accurate) on the list because he had left town. I called him for an estimate and he came right away. His estimate was half the price of the other guys! He did an amazing job (his son helped him). I can be pretty particular and probably am a bit of a pain. I had him come back several times to readjust the lights exactly how i wanted them and even change out a light or two. He never complained or got annoyed and was always punctual and polite. Chris is a true professional. Reliable, punctual, pleasant, patient and honest. I would not consider using anyone else for any lighting needs and I am so glad he moved back to Tampa! I now plan on having him change out my office lights to LED and add lights to my parking lot.

They did a very nice job. Quickly responded to my initial request and the job was scheduled shortly after. I was impressed by their knowledge of how the work had to be done. Chris B came out to look at what needed to be done and gave me the quote. He said it was a straightforward job and would probably take a couple of ours. Every other contractor I spoke with said it would be a significant effort. One told me (and he happened to also be an Angie's List "A" contractor) it would take a couple of people most of the day to do the job. Chris P finished the job in under 2 hours.
I was hesitant at first to even request a quote from Accurate LED, mostly because of the cost of some of their jobs that were reviewed. There were some very large ones, and I was thinking they wouldn't be interested in a small residential job. But I was glad that I did go ahead with the request, as they were not only willing to do it, but do it at a very competitive price.
I have additional work that I plan to have done, and I will certainly use Accurate LED then.

I have used this company quite a few times and have always been happy with the quality of their work. I had can lights put in many of my rooms and I also had them do my outdoor lighting as well as lighting on my bar. This is a great company to do business with. Very professional and very personable.

They were good. They did such a great job that I referenced them to my neighbor too. It cost a lot. It looks gorgeous. I would definitely recommend them. With regard to price, I didn’t compare that. I usually do a little bit more research when I spend that kind of money and I didn’t. I wanted the lighting, and they had nice fixtures. I think the price was fair for what they did and what I got in return. The quality was good. They input their own fixtures. I do have one follow-up with them. I was just looking at one of the fixtures, and it looks like it has stained. I don’t know if it is tarnishing or what it is, but I do owe them a call. With regard to responsiveness and punctuality, they were good. They told me that they were going to be back on Friday. They told me that it would take one day. They did everything they said they were going to do in terms of response. They were definitely professional and there were two guys that came out. I would use them again if I felt that I needed more outdoor lighting.

Chris and his partner Chris provided excellent service overall. The lighting system was installed next day and everything went smoothly. The price was very reasonable given the quality of the lights and high level of service. I would recommend Accurate LED to anyone. A+

I contacted Chris after having another company come out for a quote, and Chris was able to come out on the same day to view my property. He was able to give me a quote on site and explained the cost breakdown. He and his crew showed up in less than 4 days and they were able to complete the project in one day even though our property size is pretty large. Chris was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely use Accurate LED again for my next project. The house looks absolutely amazing with the addition of their lights. A class act!

I contacted Chris and Chris of Accurate LED one afternoon and they were at my house the following moirning. It took approximately an hour to survey the job and come up with a plan and quote. The were back the following mornig and completed the installation. One of the partners then returned after dark to walk through the work with me and make minor adjustments. Paimnless, punctual, and professional!

Chris and Chris were wonderful to work with, and I will call them again if I need any landscape lighting done (their real specialty I'm told). Chris answered my very first call, was able to come by to give me an estimate in less than 24 hours, and scheduled and completed the work 2 days after that. We discussed my preferences and he provided the new LED lights. Installation was quick and uneventful for me. We tested the lights and he adjusted the settings to my needs. I waited until the evening to test them and they all worked wonderfully. You won't need to call anyone else, these guys are the best!

We met one of the Chris?s at a local home expo and left our telephone number with him. He called, and we arranged a time for him and the other Chris to come at 9 a.m. on a Wednesday and give us an estimate.
The estimate seemed fair, so we accepted it. They decided on the spot that, since they already had driven this far from their home base in Tampa, they would do the work immediately, which they did.
In about three and a half hours they were done. They were efficient, polite, and neat.

I think I forgot because we discussed Angie's List at the end of the project, and we had already agreed upon the price earlier. My apologies. Im glad you both like the kitchen lighting. We try to be conservative with interior lighting. Usually, when we get into lighting for special effects, its for a pool area or an outdoor kitchen, or maybe just a minor accent feature indoors. You and your wife were great to work with. I hope we can do more for you in the future."

I emailed Chris from accurate LED through Angie's List last Saturday evening around 7:00p.m. I advised him in my message that I needed landscape lighting installed in the next few years for an evening event we were having at my historic office in Hyde Park. Chris called me within 10 minutes and offered to come to my office at 8:00 p.m. on Saturday to take a look at the night conditions at my office so he could properly recommend outdoor lighting. Chris was incredibly professional and able to quickly suggest exactly what type of lighting I needed. He came out the following Monday and performed the install which included spotlights installed in 2 large oak trees and up lights installed in landscape beds designed to highlight the front of the historic building. The job was performed quickly and professionally. I was very impressed with the level of service, attention to detail, and quality of work. I'd be happy to recommend Accurate LED to others and would be happy to provide a reference to any people with questions.

This company was a pleasure to work with and I highy recommend them! As a suggestion, try to incorporate landscape lighting considerations and installations early on in the landscaping or renovation stages of a project :) It worked wonderfully for me.

We called on Wednesday, they came on Thursday and we decided what we wanted done, with their valuable input. They were back the next morning (Friday) by 8 am as promised and were finished before noon. Very low key, no hard sell. Pleasant to work with. Chris asked me to call in the evening and let them know how it worked. It all worked as it was supposed to. And the final invoice was a couple hundred dollars less than the original estimate.

I called Chris Bernardo, for repair work some landscape lights, we also wanted him to give us a estimate on lights around the pool area. He was very knowledgable and made suggestions. We hired him on the spot and are happy with the results. We have used him again and will continue to do so.
