Well, we are nine months on the done side of our second job with Chad, Doug and the crew and my wife and I cannot be happier. For this job, we renovated nearly every surface and lived in the home while it was being done*. The workmanship is exceptional. The day-to-day handling of the job and their considerations taken for being in our home (I work from home too) was amazing. Our indoor cats stayed in, and our outdoor cats stayed out! I would highly recommend! *New floors in all rooms, removal of popcorn ceilings, new double pane windows (bronze exterior and white interior), door insert replacement, new double pane triple slider, renovated master bath, new light fixtures and ceiling fans, exterior stucco work and repair, electrical and plumbing realignment and new interior paint.

After interviewing six remodeling companies for our kitchen overhaul, Chad's approach stood out remarkably. Unlike typical corporate encounters, our meeting with Chad was refreshingly personal. He genuinely listened, took diligent notes, offered valuable suggestions, and returned with an impressive concept and plan. Ultimately, Chad's vision captivated us the most, leading us to choose his company from the final two contenders. Our satisfaction couldn't be higher. As the project progressed, Chad and his team became more than just contractors; they felt like family. Their presence in our home, even in our absence, was never a cause for concern. They treated our project with the same care and meticulous attention to detail as if it were their mother's home. Based on this experience, I am convinced no other company could match their dedication and quality for future large-scale projects.

This was the second time I hired Chad and his crew. Once again, they did an outstanding job refurbishing the inside and outside of an older stilt house. It looks amazing now! I would highly recommend. Quality work performed and I am well satisfied!

Every job has been done beautifully. He is a great resource for choosing colors and materials, his guys are absolutely courteous and polite, they clean up every evening when they're done, they always let you know when they'll be back, and they are always on time. If I could think of a criticism, I would offer it but, honestly, I can't. Chad has worked on our home three different times and every job has been done to perfection. I very highly recommend Chad Beall Remodeling for anything you need done. The form will not let me enter the cost of services Chad has performed but all told, it's probably around $60,000.

Excellent! This was the second time we have called on Chad for home renovation services, the first a shower replacement and this exterior repair and paint work. He is thorough, professional, has provided invaluable guidance on options and their costs-- just a consummate professional and personally very pleasant and straightforward. Chad is now our go-to for anything we need done.

Chad Beall Remodeling started the work at the time agreed upon.  Unlike many other contractors, once started they had workers here every day until the project was complete.  Workers were skilled craftsmen who were meticulous in their attention to detail.  They had a pleasant disposition and were a pleasure to have in our home.  They offered positive suggestions regarding light and outlet locations in addition to flooring orientation. Their work on the glass tile backsplash in the kitchen and the tile around the bathtub was particularly outstanding.

All of the friends, relatives and neighbors who have viewed the finished rooms commented on how beautiful both rooms were.

Chad and his contractor did a good job on a small drywall replacement I had.

RECOMMENDATION:  The most important piece of information you need to know is that I am extremely happy with the work Chad and his crew did on my house, I would use him again, and would recommend him to family and friends. No one else in the contracting community, that I am aware of, that offers a five year warranty (signed contract).  







QUALITY:  My standards were developed from spent 20+ years in the military and I am hard to please.  They did not let me down.  My remodel was extensive and their workmanship was exceptional.  They also pointed out problem areas from the original construction of the bathroom and corrected those issues. 







CLEANLINESS:  THE CLEANEST CREW IN TOWN!  They treated my house like it was their own. This is important to me. The military instilled in me a sense of neatness and orderliness and so I was surprised when I saw that all the materials the crew used were stacked neatly in my garage and weren't spread out everywhere.  Extensive practices were instituted to keep dust to a minimum in the house.  Drop clothes were used extensively from the door of my house/garage to the bathroom. Every night the house was returned to normal.  







PRICE:  The above price includes upgraded materials and that I selected at Ferguson Supply and Pro Source.  I was happy with the labor price which was commensurate with other high quality competitors, plus you get a five year warranty. 







HE DOESN'T SUBCONTRACT!  The crew who performed the work on the master bathroom remodel and window install worked for Chad.    







BOTTOM LINE:  I wouldn't waste my time writing this review if I didn't think he deserved it.

He did a very nice job. His employees were extremely professional. We liked him. So we kept giving him more stuff to do. He installed all new windows in our house to replace all the windows. We're very happy with the product he installed. He said it would lower our electric bill and it did. They were quality windows. He remodeled our smaller bathroom and then he remodeled our master bathroom. The master bathroom was basically custom. They stripped it down, pulled down the drywall and started from scratch. He did a really nice job on it. The work was beautiful. It was very much a custom job. Chad and his employees were extremely professional. It went on for a while. We left them in our home alone. We have no concerns about them. They were just very professional and respectful people. We actually ended up liking them a lot. We were just extremely comfortable with them and the work they did. It wasn't cheap but I feel like we definitely got what we paid for.

He did an excellent job.  He tore some walls down.  He and Gary did a really nice job and I will have them come out again if I need this service.
