"Although we billed the Member in advance we always made it clear to her that we would accept payment in arrears. Our billing cycle has not changed in 6 years and it is impossible for us to bill one customer on a different cycle to every other. I am at a loss to understand why the billing cycle would become an issue after we had already been servicing the pool for 16 months?"
