When I had a leak in my pool, Joe Burns, the owner of the company, was so helpful. All Seasons Pool, that built my pool, were horrible.
In closing, I cannot say enough about Joe Burns and his team! I am a happy customer.
Very fortuitous that we tried them and have no plans to change.
"Although we billed the Member in advance we always made it clear to her that we would accept payment in arrears. Our billing cycle has not changed in 6 years and it is impossible for us to bill one customer on a different cycle to every other. I am at a loss to understand why the billing cycle would become an issue after we had already been servicing the pool for 16 months?"
