It went really well. It looked very nice and was reasonably priced. They were very prompt. They measured and installed everything very quickly.

I installed he blinds myself but the company made the vertical blind, perfectly matched the other blinds and beat the big box store custom price and time by a huge margin. People in the front office are very professional and extremely helpful.
Bottom line; I bought local, made in the USA and at a very good price. I will definitely recommend them to anyone and will use their services in the future. They do offer installation if you need it.

About four years ago I had Verticals Unlimited replace all the verticals in my house. I had a broken blind in the guest bath and having just had my kitchen painted, needed to change the color of the blinds in those three windows. Kenny, their sales representative, returned my call within about three hours of contacting their main office and was at my house the next morning to take measurements and provide his expertise and samples. This is the same gentleman who handled the work over four years ago. Less than two weeks after his visit, the blinds were in and installed on 06/19/08. Their installer did a perfect job and even corrected a mistake the painters made when they reinstalled the blinds by reversing the track on one blind and reinstalling the draw cord on the correct side of the window.

We went to the showroom first to see the selections, and we got a lot of good advice there from a very friendly staff person. We requested an appointment for a free estimate. The salesman contacted us the same day and set up an appointment for later in the week. Kenny arrived promptly, in fact a few minutes early. He called first to make sure that would be okay. He was very helpful and had samples of the various products with him. He measured the windows, gave us an estimate which sounded very reasonable, so we ordered the blinds on the spot. They were ready in a little over a week. I called for an installation appointment on Thursday and got a time for Saturday, 2 days later. The installer arrived within the allotted time frame and finished in an hour. He took down the old blinds and carried them all out to the garage. He was very efficient, and cleaned up everything afterward. The blinds look beautiful, and I'm very pleased with the whole process and the price.
