The problem was that they had very aggressive sales tactics. Since my fan motor had gone out, I was in a desperate situation.

WE USE SCOTT HARRIS. HE WORKS THERE, AND WE'VE USED HIM FOR ALMOST 14 YEARS SO WE LIKE THEM A LOT. HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY UP FRONT WITH US AND HONEST. SCOTT DOES THE WORK.
