Hello my name is James Hefferin and I want to welcome and thank you for visiting Steady State. I have 20 years of experience (in both home inspection and residential home renovation). I am a licensed Florida State Home Inspector and Certified Professional Home Inspector through InterNACHI and abide by their stringent home inspection Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
