Shred- All

"[Member name removed], We always appreciate comments on our service, but I must say for the first time in many years I feel your comment is unjust. As you can see from our previous ratings we strive hard to insure customer satisfaction. Thru your four emails and phone calls, we responded and met your scheduling needs. You asked if material was shredded on site and we confirmed that it was, my wife even stated that you could watch. Upon arrival our technician met you with our empty container and gathered your materiel which he then took to the truck and began shredding. You had over 10 minutes to walk outside and witness any part of this process. The truck is loud and it is obvious the shredder is engaged and shredding. Our truck is one of the only ones in Orlando that has a camera to witness all stages of the shred. You had ample opportunity to witness this shred. Only when we were done and you received the invoice (our minimum is $50.00) which is what you where quoted and billed did you state that you wanted to see it being shred. After 20 years in this industry I can say this is not something I take lightly. We have always performed our jobs as specified and in accordance to all federal, state and local laws. We leave a certificate of destruction as our proof it was. Many other companies do take material off site to shred,with risk of it being dumped or never being shredded, we take pride in not being on of them.
