I have been using them for years and I have never had a problem with them. I wished I could give them an A+, because they have been fantastic.

All work was done quickly and well. They are usually pretty busy, sometimes hard to find a spot to park there are so many cars there. But they're friendly and I trust them to give me honest advice, which is sometimes hard to find.

I think the price was too much as I had to go twice. The guys are really nice and struggling to get their business established. They have to work on that and they also need to work on the way they make their customers waiting. They are nice people, and I don’t think they are dishonest. The work they have done is spot on. I rate them high for that. I will use them again.

I took my 2005 Chrysler Town and Country to Quality Car Care for a second opinion after I received an estimate from a dealer for over $1600 to have the air conditioner evaporator replaced. Gary inspected my car and said that the problem was a faulty air conditioner drain. He saved me over $1500 from the original bogus estimate that the car dealer provided. Gary was prompt, very professional and performed the work the same day that I scheduled service.
