Happy Moving LLC

Awesome! Communication with the office was great. I had to reschedule and they took care of making the changes. The guys arrived exactly on time. They worked very efficiently to get the truck loaded. They made sure everything was secure for the trip. The whole process went very smoothly. I would definitely use Happy Moving again.

We recently relocated to the Orlando, Florida area from Rhode Island where we sold our home and my husbands one of a kind bar was sold with our home.  After we got down here the new homeowners decided they didn't want it and we were able to retrieve it with the help of our friends in RI.  My husband and 2 of his close friends carefully packed it on a U-Haul box container in RI where it was shipped down to Florida.  Once it arrived Happy Movers were contacted via U-Haul where they picked up the container with a truck and brought it to our home.  Chad & Victor the two gentlemen that moved our bar upstairs were absolutely the best.  They were very respectful of not only our bar that they were dealing with in several wrapped pieces but also our home and things around it taking great steps not to scratch or knock into anything.  They were extremely professional and very polite and after they left our friends who were here commented that if they ever needed movers they would be the ones to call.  I have to agree if anyone needs movers you should really give them a call, I can promise you that you will not be disappointed, they were awesome!

Well, you must realize that people that actually performs the move are deaf.  Steve is also deaf.  I think it's noble that they hire disabled.  However, they should let people know that.  Because their staff is deaf, it's really difficult to provide directions, call them when they're lost, etc.  They can only use text messages.  Also, if they are damaging something, they cannot hear that.  For example, they banged my head post into the top of the elevator and did not hear it until they had it into the bedroom.  They apologized, but it was one of many issues experienced dealing with an all deaf staff.  They got lost several times.  I had to text directions, therefore they were always late.  Simple tasks took a really long time as it was difficult to communicate.  So, a simple move that should have taken 1 day, took 4 days.
They are very hard workers.  However, if time is of the essence, I wouldn't recommend them.  They are never on time.  Also, you must have extra time and prepare to pay extra because it takes them longer to move you, due to the staff's disability.  Finally, I ended up hiring someone to put my bedroom furniture back together because they forgot how to put it back together after they took it a part.  There were extra screws leftover after they put the canopy bed back together. 
I, personally, wouldn't hire them again.  However, if you're rich and have extra time on your hands, then go for it.

We have never seen people work so hard! They took care of everything! They got pictures hung up on the wall. 2 guys took in our refrigerator through thin doors with no problem. They put clothes into closets. Everything was hooked up within 5 and frac12; hours. They worked extremely efficiently. They explained upfront to us that most of the workers were hearing impaired, but their handicap certainly did not limit their abilities. I would hire them again in a heartbeat! Their pricing is great and they have flat fees.
