I've used this company for two moves and both times, they were punctual, professional, efficient and very careful with our belongings. The first time was an unload from our rental truck to our third floor walkup apartment, and these guys went up and down those stairs carrying heavy furniture like it was nothing. This was in 2012. We moved from that 3rd story apt to a home the following year, and same story. This time, they loaded the truck, then followed us across town to unload it. It took a little longer than we anticipated, but they checked in with me to give me an estimate of time, and I was happy to sign off on it, as they took no breaks, except for a meal, for which they stopped the clock. Glad to see they are now on Angie's List so I can give them a positive review.

They did a great job. They were on time. They were fine. They charged us for three hours.
