Groundtek Irrigation

Great that they have so much business that they don't need anymore.

Letting the area dry for several days prior to returning allowed Groundtek to see where the yard stayed saturated so when they started digging they were extremely close to where the leak was found.  They turned the water on to show me the leak and then set to work repairing the damage.  They job was completed in two trips, a 15 minute stop where Ed diagnosed the problem and shut off the water to stop the leak, and a second trip of about two hours where he pinpointed the leak dug out the pipe and fixed it.  

They were fast and professional.  Ed called me both days prior to arrival to let me know when he would be there.  He kept me informed of what he was doing and took the time the show me the problem and explain what he was going to do to correct it.  Groundtek will be my first call next time I have any issue with my irrigation. Groundtek had given me an estimate on the first day and the final price was lower than the the estimate

Two previous companies had looked at the problem months ago .  One didn't think that there was a leak and the other gave me an estimate that was around 3 times the estimate Groundtek had given me.  I had given up on resolving the problem when my wife suggested I call Groundtek because they do all the irrigation for the company I work for.  I wasn't sure they would do residential work but I called and one week later the issue is resolved.

TWO MEN ARRIVED EARLY IN THE DAY AND WORKED VERY HARD AT GETTING THE JOB DONE. I WAS VERY PLEASED AT HOW NICE THE WHOLE YARD LOOKED WHEN THEY HAD FINISHED.

ONE EMPLOYEE CAME TO THE HOUSE AND BEFORE I KNEW IT THE YARD HAD BEEN MOWED AND RAKED. HE HAD ALSO GOT THE WEEDS OUT OF THE FLOWER BEDS AND TRIMMED THE HEDGE. EVERYTHING LOOKED GREAT!
