Steam Cleaning was done on our carpeting. Beautiful job. Experience was prompt, very professional, and performed at the competitive rate as quoted over the phone (no added fees or hidden costs). We moved the furniture ourselves so that it was not in the way and it could stay where we moved it until the (surprisingly wet) steam-cleaning process dried. Brian commented that many customers move their furniture back onto the "damp" carpeting and walk on it right away. However, we waited until we were sure that it was completely dry before using the carpeted areas. OCD? No, because so glad we waited. It took a full 48 hours, using fans and a lowered A/C setting (for lower humidity). We tested the drying progress occasionally by walking on it while wearing clean, dry socks until there was no more moisture being absorbed into the socks, nor any dampness to the touch when running our fingers through the carpet. This is tropical Florida, after all! Mold and mildew are always lurking even if given only a half-chance. Our dry, clean carpet now has a nice smell and fluffy feel. Thanks, Brian.

Our carpets were in great condition, but soiled from high traffic and pets. We have light carpets, so I had lower expectatons. Brian exceeded those expectations and then some. At one point, he stopped midway to show the comparison of clean vs. dirty carpet. Yikes, our carpets needed to be cleaned. He got into every nook and cranny. So happy. Brian is a great guy and a true professional. Thanks, Brian!

Excellent customer service! Years of experience. Brian is a master at his craft. I had 3 stains on my carpet that are no longer there! The carpets look brand new and the house smells new again. I would recommend him to my grandma because he is honest, Fair and reasonably priced.
