The ice maker had to be replaced. They did not have it with them but ordered it and came back the next day, which was a Saturday. I was very pleased.

During the preparation of a rental property one of the contracted service providers we were using notice that the dishwasher was not draining. After calling several of the appliance business listed on Angie's list we call Craigs Appliance Service who adjusted his appointment schedule in order to fit us in on the very next day.
Craig was prompt and very professional and was able to shortly identify the problem. During the installation of the dishwasher the installer had forgotten to remove the drain plug which would allow the water to drain properly. It was a simple fix and Craig kept it simple. Without a doubt we will not hesitate to call or refer Craig in the future.

I called them out to check on our washer dryer and to help replace a filter in the fridge. They got back to me and gave me an approximate date and time and showed up as promised. It turned out that there was nothing wrong with the washer/dryer. I thought the charge was high given that fact and called Craig to inquire. He wasnt open to adjusting it. Fair enough. But he also said he wasnt aware of the senior discount and large appliance coupon advertised on Angies List and wouldn't honor either one. Not good.

They asked me if I would like to not receive a receipt for the work that it would save me money. This seems dishonest to me. They did not honor the Angie’s List discount for 10 percent of parts at the time of service, but did honor the senior discount. I spoke with them regarding the Angie's List discount and they stated they would get this to me, but have not done so.

Craig (the owner) answered and performed the work himself. I am VERY happy with his service, professionalism and ease to work with. Thank you!

Dryer was making a loud noise, was not drying properly and I thought it might be a big repair. Craig's quickly diagnosed the problem which turned out to be a dryer sheet that had been pulled into the motor. They took apart the dryer, removed the stuck dryer sheet, and it worked good as new.

The only reason the company received a D rating instead of an F rating is because they returned to fix the bad work they did initially within twenty-four hours! While I had been initially pleased that the repairman arrived on time and seemed to complete the work within an hour and a quarter - when the machine was next used at the time indicated by the repairman it clunked 100 times louder than before the fix and tore up $425 worth of designer clothing. Each piece of clothing in the load was torn and damaged by some sort of melted black stuff around each tear. The next day when the repairman Dean returned in response to my two calls and two messages left on the business phone - he rudely informed me that I had called his home phone too late at night(11PM). My first thought was - Why did he give me his personal number when he said call him if I had an issues? He informed me that I used the machine too soon after the repair and I reminded him that he specifically told me when I asked him when I could resume using it - he specifically said later on that evening. The repair was finished at 3:15pm and I used the machine at 9PM. He was rude in denying having said this and grumbled throughout the repair finishing by telling me to NEVER call him again at home. He had apparently underestimated how much time was needed to have the glue for the felt surrounding the drum to dry and adhere! He refused to reimburse me for the damaged clothing and refused to even inspect them where I had laid them out for his inspection. I negotiated $100 off the original $290+ dollar bill which could not make up for the loss of all the white clothing in my summer wardrobe that was ruined after they first repaired!!! I waited for a week before submitting this review hoping that they would contact me and make good on the damages but they never called.

The oven is 25+ years old. I had taken the door off to clean the oven and couldn't get it back on. Dean arrived on time and immediately went to work. The microwave/oven combo was built in, and it didn't want to come loose so Dean could reattach the door hinge to the spring. Then, out came the Superman cape and the Albert Einstein hair: Dean used a wire hangar to reattach the spring (no easy feat!), and he was able to make the needed adjustments so the door could be reinstalled. He made it all look effortless, but it was really quite a combination of ingenuity, brawn, and a strong "get-it-done" attitude. It would have cost approx. $2500 to replace this unit, so the $150 ($65 service call and $85 per hour labor) charged was hugely worth it.

Technician found the problem and replaced the part in about 10 minutes. The repair was satisfactory. The trip charge was $65.00, repair time cost was $85.00. The part was $42.00. I received the 10% discount listed on the website.

Craig is the one who deals with everyone. He first came out and looked at our washer to order the parts for it. He then came out the next day to fix it for me

The charge I wrote was for the last time he fixed my washer. Recently I called him to fix our GE refrigerator that GE couldn't fix for 3 years under warranty. He fixed it in less than two minutes. I haven't been billed for it yet as he is ordering a new part to match the color of it. Each time he fixed something in the past, I felt it was fair and a reasonable price. I can't believe I waited this long to call him on the refrigerator due to the warranty.

Although it took a little while to get the parts, Craig was here when promised and did an excellent job. Craig is a little on the unpolished side, but overall, he is a great technician.

I usually can repair or troubleshoot most home appliance problems but I was unable to figure out why my freezer compartment was working fine but my refrigerator compartment was not cooling. I selected Craig s from Angie's List and left him a message. He returned my call quickly and we setup an appointment. Craig arrived on time, asked me what the problem was and went to work. Within a few minutes he had figured it out and explained it to me. He also diagnosed a long standing problem we had with the unit (noisy fan motor) and offered to repair it or explain how I could obtain the part and repair it myself and save money. Craig is professional, polite, has good communication skills and is personable. Craig is my new appliance repair guy if I can't figure it out.

He was very polite and knowledgeable. Although we had to wait 2 days for our appointment, he told us he would be here between 1 and 2pm. He showed up at 1:09 and was gone by 1:37. Amazing. I don't know if the price was fair or not since I have had no experience with this type of repair, but it was well worth it.

My first call to Craig was on a Thursday. He said he could not come until the following Monday, but I did not want to wait that long, as I was running out of clean clothes. He agreed to come on Saturday. He came within a few minutes of the promised arrival time, and fixed the problem, and cleaned out a lot of accumulated lint. He also answered several questions I had about appliance maintenance. I thought the price was a little high ($45. labor + $50. service call), but it was for a Saturday call. When the problem happened the 2nd time, he tightened the motor mounts again, and suggested that if it happened again, that I should consider replacing the dryer due to its age.

Craig was right on time for our first appt. He was very nice and very professional. He had to get parts and return. He quoted me a price the first day, but when he returned to fix it, he told me that the part was less than what he thought, so my bill was about $60 less. This should prove how honest he is!
