As a family run business that upholds customer satisfaction above all, we welcome constructive criticism as a crucial component to our continuous improvement. However, what we will not accept is comments that are blatantly inauthentic of our character and workmanship. Fortunately, our longstanding reputation of integrity and professionalism honors us with the confidence we can endure such slanderous attempts, nonetheless, we will address your claims. Our original date of business with you was in beginning of July of 2018. We replaced your garage springs and more than 2 years later you contacted us this summer for a new replacement. Although the work was technically outside of warranty by a few weeks, we honored the guarantee; as we are always willing to make reasonable concessions as a demonstration of our values. Even so, once our employee arrived to your residence and fulfilled the job, false accusations of workmanship were made in an effort to demand more services. Your displeasure escalated resulting to highly disrespectful comments towards our worker himself. Instead of engaging, we chose to leave. As a company we uphold the virtue of each employee as they represent the very essence of our success. We want all our customers to be happy, but we will not accept any personally degrading or offensive commentary under any circumstances. We stand by our work and know that our services and countless professional relationships reflect our continued successes."
