Originally they came out to repair the crack/leak in a timely manner. Although they were the highest quote and double the price of other quotes, I chose them because of how quickly they could do the job. Once completed, tge area continued to allow water to come in and continue damaging the carpet and trim. They never came in the house to look at the are where the water was coming in, either before or after they did the job. When I contacted them to return they set up multiple times to come back and each time did not show up. No phone calls, no texts just didn’t show up. A total disregard for me leaving work early to meet them for an appointment. Just decided not to show up and get annoyed when you ask where they are. Actually sent texts with the slam button for emphasis, would say he was going to call me and then never call. After two weeks of begging them to come back, I spoke with Benton. He insisted he should have the opportunity to fix it correctly, when I asked what day he could come, once again I got the runaround. He couldn’t commit to a day or time. I asked for a portion of our original payment back, he refused. Again thinking he should be allowed to try to fix it, but has no idea when. Definitely do not recommend unless you want to spend hours trying to communicate with a very poorly run business.
