His work was fine. We were discussing bigger projects, such as tree trimming and landscaping areas around my house. The pool never looked better. But he did not come on a regular day each week - sometimes he would even work on Saturday or Sunday (which I initially took as a sign of dedication). Then he missed a few weeks. I called him and he apologized, said someone else was supposed to do the work for him, and he came out the next day and cut our grass. Then he started showing up erratically. Since Thanksgiving, he has not shown up at all. I called several times, got his answering system (which ironically said that he was currently providing good customer service for someone else at the time!), and left messages which were never returned. Omar is a really nice guy, but I guess he got himself in over his head with expanding his business. He is not reliable at all. I can't stand to be dumped with no contact - very bad business practice!
Description of Work: They were providing weekly lawn service (mowing, edging, blowing), weekly pool maintenance (chemicals and brushing) and as needed shrubbery maintenance.
