Terrible.  This was supposed to be a one day job.  In summary, Terry ended up causing flood damage in two bedrooms of my home, he then made a poor attempt to fix the flooding before walking of the job without finishing the work.  He later used profanity toward me and my family when explaining that he refused to come back and make the situation right.  We were very shocked at this since when Terry first came to us he was very professional and sweet.  For some background, Terry's first solution to clean up the water, that was almost ankle high, was to get a shop vac.  I asked Terry to maybe try something more than a shop vac, so he went and rented an extractor.  However, he only used the extractor for about 40 minutes before saying he was done and that is when he walked off the job.  As things stand today, we still cannot use the two bedrooms that Terry damaged due to the flooding.  Our insurance adjuster has come to our home and is now actively in charge of restoring the bedrooms to pre-flood condition.  I just want everybody to know not to use Terry Grimes or his company, A Plumber & Assoc Inc.  He may have reasonable prices but I've learned you get what you pay for.
