We made a total of 9 calls over 2 days and no one returned our calls, not very professional ! These calls were made on 1/23 and 124.
We had to move the refrigerator out of its location and cleaned the coils out (I feel this should have been part of his call and charge
accordingly.)
The FREEZER portion of refrigerator started to freeze again, his analysis was not correct, it didn't rectify the problem.

He spent 10 minutes on this repair call !
Upon calling Kitchen Aid I found that he is nor a certified Kitchen Aid repair man, if he is not qualified to repair a certain he should made this clear up front.
The Kitchen Aid repair man made an analysis was and the freezer door needed a new gasket. It was so obvious it took him all of 15 minutes to complete.
He has ordered the gasket and it will be here on Tuesday, 2/4.
Originally when Villages Refrigerator Repair was called he asked and was told that it was a Kitchen Aid.

Responded promptly, was on-time for appointment, had the part in his truck, and completed the work in less than an hour. Very polite and friendly. I highly recommend him.

He made an appointment for Saturday morning. I called about noon to ask when to expect him. He never showed up or returned my phone calls. I left several messages.

The serviceman came out ON TIME He was VERY COURTEOUS. He tried to solve our igniter problem but he did not have the part on his truck. He told us he would be back in two days with the igniter. He put the parts that were removed from the oven ..inside the oven and left. No payment yet. Three weeks have passed and now Jim has stopped returning our calls of inquiry. He told us he was having a problem getting an igniter that wasn't cracked (it's a ceramic part). I can't wait any longer. I am going into the hospital for serious surgery and can't face this when I get back home. I have no choice but to go to directly to LG and order the service call. I am disappointed that my first Angie's list contractor experience turned out this way. I haven't paid the contractor any money and will not! He took my oven apart and left it that way for 3 weeks. The worst of it is he won't call us back.

Sonny arrived at the appointed hour and performed the work in less than 15 minutes. He was very personable, punctual and an able technician,

We had used Jim once before and he was able to show me that it was just a stuck motor. He showed me how to fix it if it ever happened in the future. He was quick to respond to our call and a pleasure to deal with, The motor stuck on us a few times when the dishwasher wasn't run for 2-3 weeks (at that time it was just a vacation home) but I was able to fix it each time with what Jim had showed me. It happened again about 6 months after we moved in full time and this time the fix Jim showed me wouldn't work so we called Villages Refrigerator and Appliance Repair LLC and Jim promptly returned and fixed the issue for good,
